An ARCHER project manager initiates the project and performs an initial inspection, so our certified technicians arrive prepared, with inspection equipment, protective gear, background information, and training for the needs of the job.

ARCHER
team will inspect, document, and assess your property, identifying comparable replacement sources and values for every damaged item.

ARCHER
prepares an itemized spreadsheet with the details you need--photos, descriptions, repair or replacement recommendations, suggested values, estimated ages, deprecation, and links to suggested replacement sources. You review, update, and ARCHER finalizes your report.
Most reports can be provided within 48 hours of inspection with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
